A day around Fairbanks, Alaska and then 530 miles of gravel road to Deadhorse at Prudhoe Bay, on the Arctic Ocean. Travelling courtsey of Carlile Trucking, of "Ice Road Truckers" fame. However, the trip was in August and it was a balmy 38 degrees.
